From the Chairman's Dinner - Spring Carnival 2007

 

Good morning Brad,

 

Just a short note to let you know the Governor and Mrs de Kretser enjoyed their meal on Thursday night - and thought it was a particularly creative dish. I know your son had a lot of input into the dish, so you may wish to pass this on.

 

Although Government House already has a supplier for meat etc, I am going to pass your card on to our Executive Butler and kitchen staff. Who knows what might come of it. I hope you enjoy the rest of the racing carnival.
