Method
1. Blend or process all ingredients, except the Cutlets until pureed.
2. Combine Cutlets with mixture in a large bowl.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or time allowing.
4. Cook Cutlets on a heated greased griddle pan, grill or BBQ until brown and tender.

200gm Yogurt
1 Medium (150gm) Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Ginger
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 Teaspoons Chilli powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon ground Cumin
Tiny pinch Tandoori coloured powder
