Lamb Man Sings Edgewater's Praises

Australian Rules and Meat and Livestock Australia's Australia Day personality Sam Kekovich recently visited Edgewater Meats with the 2007 Melbourne Cup and enthusiastically commented "Best display cabinet and consumer friendly butcher shop in Australia".

 

Edgewater Meats is owned by the same interests as the Australian Lamb Company, a sponsor of Melbourne Cup functions around the world and locally.

 

Recently the 2007 Melbourne Cup featured at two black tie dinners in Los Angeles and Japan, where rack of lamb received rave reviews from all in attendance.

Manager Brad Krygger and apprentice Nick Ferguson say they chose to open the butcher shop at Edgewater because they knew residents were seeking service, quality and, above all, competitive prices. They are happy to provide cuts to customers' specifications.

 

Edgewater Meats is open weekdays from 7am to 6pm and Saturdays from 7am to 1pm.
