Brad Krygger, Manager
Brad has been a butcher for ten years, learning his trade in Altona, and then working in a number of stores in Werribee.
He has a good understanding of the needs of customers, and loves working with them to achieve top quality cuts of meat.
Scott Napier, Butcher
Scott has been a butcher for eight years, and this is the second shop he has worked at and his role has significantly increased since his last employer.
Scott is looking forward to many years at Edgewater Meats, working with the butchers and the customers to gain the experience to make him a top notch butcher.
Nick Ferguson, Apprentice Butcher
Nick is a second year apprentice, who was poached from Australian Lamb Company, our Lamb supplier, where he had been working for three years.
He is a very thorough and hardworking young man, who is enjoying the opportunity to further his knowledge in the meat industry.
