Brad has been a butcher for over ten years, learning his trade in Altona, and then working in a number of stores in Werribee.
He has a good understanding of the needs of customers, and loves working with them to achieve top quality cuts of meat.
Scott Napier, Butcher
Scott has been a butcher for ten years, and this is the second shop he has worked at and his role has significantly increased since his last employer.
Scott is looking forward to many years at Edgewater Meats, working with the butchers and the customers to gain the experience to make him a top notch butcher.
Adam Napier, Butcher
Adam has been a butcher for eight years, starting about a year or so after his elder brother Scott in Altona.
Drive, determination and dedication seem to run in the family, as Adam is just as committed to the cause of service and quality as his brother. He is willing to learn, and also to share the knowledge that he has picked up over the years.
